Thank you for shopping at King Of Games Market! This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.


1. Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Processing times may be longer during holidays, major product releases, or high-volume periods.

  • Pre-order items ship once released by the manufacturer/distributor. Release dates may change without notice.

We will notify you if there are any significant delays.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your location

  • Package weight & size

  • Selected shipping method

Common carriers we use include Canada Post, UPS, and USPS (for U.S. orders).

Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada: 2–10 business days

  • USA: 4–12 business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Once your package is handed to the carrier, delays due to customs, weather, or logistics are outside our control.


3. Tracking Information

  • All orders include tracking unless otherwise stated.

  • You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

  • Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the system.


4. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Canada

  • United States


5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for reshipment costs.

  • King Of Games Market is not responsible for lost packages caused by wrong or incomplete addresses entered by the customer.


6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order is handed to the carrier, King Of Games Market is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Delayed packages

  • Stolen packages

If an issue occurs:

  • Start a claim with the carrier (Canada Post, UPS, USPS, etc.)

  • Contact us and we’ll assist however we can, but we cannot guarantee reimbursement unless the carrier accepts the claim.


7. Pre-Orders

Pre-order items will ship once we receive stock from the distributor.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may ship together unless you choose split shipping (additional cost).

Release dates are subject to change by the manufacturer and are out of our control.


8. International Duties & Taxes

For orders outside Canada:

  • Import fees, VAT, customs charges, and taxes are not included in our prices.

  • These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • We cannot mark packages as “gift” or undervalue items.


9. Damaged Deliveries

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Your order number

We will review the issue and determine whether a replacement or refund is available.
